Current HuckleBerry Center for Creative Learning policies are:

Payment Policy

Payments are due at the beginning of each month, and are late after the 10th.    Invoices are sent via email.    If you do not receive your invoice, you are still responsible for paying for your classes by the 10th of each month.   You can contact Carolyn Goedike ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) if you have not received your invoice.   Billing is based on the number of classes / month, not on attendance.   A late fee of $25 will be applied after the 10th of each month if funds have not been received.   Please know that we are a small non profit company and it is necessary that everyone pays for their classes on time so that we can continue to offer this service to the community.   We are vendors for the following charter schools:   Golden Valley, Sky Mountain, SCVi and Gorman Learning Center.   Parents are responsible for bills that their charter does not pay.

  • Charters must set up their billing to pay on a monthly basis.
  • Charters must put all classes for all children in one family on one Purchase Order.

Class Size Policy

Class sizes vary.   We allow classes to have up to 12 children, but for most classes it is less.  In the Theatre program & PE Program we allow this number to be exceeded.

Drop Policy

Students may drop a class with no penalty within the first 2 weeks of the class.  After this time, students that drop a class for reasons other than a medical condition will still be responsible for the entire semester’s class payments.

Discipline Policy

Parents must read and sign an acknowledgement of our discipline policy.  HuckleBerry staff will make every effort to assure that each child is in an environment that encourages learning in an emotionally and physically safe environment.
