History:
One of the reasons many kids don’t like history is that they only learn it through a text book. But at HuckleBerry, we bring history alive using projects, field trips, music and food! Learn anything from Mythology to California History, put Sam Adams or Christopher Columbus on trial, or learn about our own government! Fall of 2010 will start a 3 year unit survey series for 11-15 year olds starting with the Ancients and going through modern times, matching the history, literature and science of each time period. A Classical Approach to the World of History!
